This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Karobaar's paid plans. It applies to subscriptions bought through our website or payment provider. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
Karobaar's free plan and any promotional/founding offers (for example, a Business plan free for an introductory period) involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using them at any time.
Paid plans are billed yearly, in advance, through our payment provider (such as Razorpay or a UPI payment link). Your plan stays active for the full year you have paid for.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time by writing to us at the address below (or, where available, from within the app). Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal — you will not be charged again. Your plan remains active until the end of the term you have already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted on cancellation; you keep access to it on the free plan and can export it.
7-day cooling-off on your first payment. If you are unhappy with a paid plan, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
Email info@tuskerworks.com from the address on your account, with the payment reference / order ID and the reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and are normally processed within 5–7 business days, after which your bank or UPI app may take a little longer to show the credit.
If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or UPI provider within a few working days. If it is not, or if you were charged twice, contact us and we will refund the extra amount in full.
