Billing, stock, udhaar and repairs for a mobile shop. Everything below is a real screen in the app, with the taps to reach it.मोबाइल दुकान के लिए बिल, स्टॉक, उधार और मरम्मत। नीचे जो कुछ लिखा है वह ऐप की असली स्क्रीन है, और साथ में उस तक पहुँचने का रास्ता भी।

  1. Open karobaar.co.in on the phone. In Chrome, tap ⋮ → Add to Home screen so it opens like a normal app and works without internet.फ़ोन पर karobaar.co.in खोलिए। Chrome में ⋮ → होम स्क्रीन पर जोड़ें दबाइए — फिर यह आम ऐप की तरह खुलेगा और बिना इंटरनेट भी चलेगा।
  2. Create an account — "Continue with Google" is the quickest, or use email + password.खाता बनाइए — सबसे तेज़ है "Google से जारी रखें", या ईमेल और पासवर्ड से।
  3. Tap Join a shop and enter the 6-letter code the owner gives you. (Owner instead taps Create shop and gets a code to share.)दुकान से जुड़ें दबाइए और मालिक का दिया 6 अक्षर का कोड डालिए। (मालिक इसकी जगह नई दुकान बनाएं दबाते हैं, और जो कोड मिलता है वही स्टाफ़ को देना होता है।)

Repairsमरम्मत

Take a device in, track it, hand it back billed.डिवाइस लीजिए, उस पर नज़र रखिए, और बिल बनाकर वापस दीजिए।

  1. Take it in — Home → New Repair Job. Record the device, IMEI, problem, accessories, and the condition it arrived in — that note is what settles "this scratch wasn’t there before" on delivery. Print the slip (🧾) as the customer’s token.डिवाइस लीजिए — होम → नई मरम्मत। डिवाइस, IMEI, ख़राबी, साथ आया सामान, और लेते समय हालत लिख लीजिए — डिलीवरी पर "यह खरोंच पहले नहीं थी" वाली बात यही नोट सुलझाता है। पर्ची (🧾) छापकर ग्राहक को दे दीजिए।
  2. Start repair, then Mark ready and note what you did. Add any screen or battery under Parts used — parts leave stock when you bill, not when you add them, so an abandoned job never eats your inventory.मरम्मत शुरू करें, फिर तैयार बताएं और जो किया वह लिख दीजिए। स्क्रीन या बैटरी लगे पुर्ज़े में जोड़िए — पुर्ज़े स्टॉक से तब घटते हैं जब बिल बनता है, जोड़ते ही नहीं। इसलिए छोड़ा हुआ जॉब आपका स्टॉक कभी नहीं खाता।
  3. Bill & deliver — raises the sale bill for parts + labour. Any advance is already counted as paid, so only the balance shows in To Collect.बिल बनाकर दें — पुर्ज़े और मज़दूरी का बिक्री बिल बन जाता है। एडवांस पहले ही चुकाया माना जाता है, इसलिए उधार में सिर्फ़ बाक़ी रकम दिखती है।

Worth knowingजान लेना अच्छा रहेगा

It works without internet. Bill, take payments and add stock with no signal — everything syncs when you’re back online. Nothing is lost.बिना इंटरनेट भी चलता है। सिग्नल न हो तब भी बिल बनाइए, पैसे लीजिए, स्टॉक जोड़िए — नेट आते ही सब अपने-आप चढ़ जाता है। कुछ नहीं खोता।
Staff don’t see profit. Anyone who joins with the code can bill, add stock and take repairs, but cost price, profit, margins and Day book COGS stay owner-only.स्टाफ़ को मुनाफ़ा नहीं दिखता। कोड से जुड़ा कोई भी बिल बना सकता है, स्टॉक जोड़ सकता है और मरम्मत ले सकता है — लेकिन ख़रीद दाम, मुनाफ़ा, मार्जिन और दिन के हिसाब की लागत सिर्फ़ मालिक को दिखती है।
