Open the ☰ menu → Settings → scroll to Danger zone → Delete my account, and confirm.
Email info@tuskerworks.com from the email address (or tell us the phone number) on the account, with the subject "Delete my Karobaar account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
You don't have to delete your account to remove records. The shop owner can delete any bill, item, customer or supplier, payment, expense or repair job from its own screen. It moves to the Recycle bin (More tab → Recycle bin), where you can Delete forever straight away. Anything left in the Recycle bin is deleted permanently after 30 days. A bill's effect on stock is reversed when it is deleted. To have anything else removed — for example your phone number or a staff member's attendance records — email info@tuskerworks.com and we will do it within 30 days.
If a shop you created has a co-owner (for example a son or a brother), your account can't be deleted until that shop is handed over to them — so nobody loses a shared shop by one tap. Write to info@tuskerworks.com and we will do the handover first.
Before anything is deleted we record the request: the name, email or phone number on the login, the date and time, the device and network address it came from, what was typed to confirm, whether a backup was taken, and what was deleted. We email you a confirmation straight away. The record protects you and us if anyone later disputes what happened; it is kept for up to 8 years and is never shown to anyone else.
The confirmation email says so too: if a deletion was not done by you, reply to it, or write to info@tuskerworks.com, within 5 days. Our backups keep the shop for about 7 days, so in that time we can bring it back. Change your Google or email password too — someone else used your login. After that the deletion is permanent and nobody can recover it.
Download a backup first (Home → ☁ Backup) if you may need your bills or ledger later — the backup is free, always.

खाते वाले ईमेल से info@tuskerworks.com पर लिखें (या खाते वाला फ़ोन नंबर बताएँ), विषय: "Delete my Karobaar account"। पहचान पक्की करके हम 30 दिन के अंदर खाता हटा देंगे और आपको बता देंगे।
रिकॉर्ड हटाने के लिए खाता हटाना ज़रूरी नहीं। दुकान का मालिक कोई भी बिल, सामान, ग्राहक या सप्लायर, भुगतान, ख़र्च या रिपेयर का काम उसी की स्क्रीन से हटा सकता है। वह रीसायकल बिन (और टैब → रीसायकल बिन) में चला जाता है, जहाँ से आप उसे तुरंत हमेशा के लिए हटा सकते हैं। रीसायकल बिन में पड़ा हर रिकॉर्ड 30 दिन बाद अपने-आप हमेशा के लिए हट जाता है। बिल हटाने पर उसका स्टॉक पर असर वापस हो जाता है। कुछ और हटवाना हो — जैसे आपका फ़ोन नंबर या किसी स्टाफ़ की हाज़िरी का रिकॉर्ड — तो info@tuskerworks.com पर लिखिए, हम 30 दिन में हटा देंगे।
अगर आपकी बनाई दुकान में कोई सह-मालिक है (जैसे बेटा या भाई), तो उस दुकान को उन्हें सौंपे बिना आपका खाता नहीं हटेगा — ताकि एक टैप से किसी की साझा दुकान न चली जाए। info@tuskerworks.com पर लिखिए, हम पहले दुकान सौंप देंगे।
कुछ भी हटाने से पहले हम अनुरोध का रिकॉर्ड रखते हैं: लॉग-इन का नाम, ईमेल या फ़ोन नंबर, तारीख़ और समय, किस डिवाइस और नेटवर्क पते से आया, पुष्टि के लिए क्या लिखा गया, बैकअप लिया गया या नहीं, और क्या हटाया गया। हम आपको तुरंत पुष्टि का ईमेल भेजते हैं। यह रिकॉर्ड बाद में किसी विवाद में आपकी और हमारी रक्षा करता है; इसे ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 8 साल रखा जाता है और किसी और को नहीं दिखाया जाता।
पुष्टि के ईमेल में भी यही लिखा है: अगर हटाना आपने नहीं किया, तो उस ईमेल का जवाब दीजिए या info@tuskerworks.com पर लिखिए — 5 दिन के अंदर। हमारे बैकअप में दुकान लगभग 7 दिन रहती है, इसलिए इस बीच हम उसे वापस ला सकते हैं। अपने Google या ईमेल खाते का पासवर्ड भी बदलिए — किसी और ने आपका लॉग-इन इस्तेमाल किया है। उसके बाद हटाना पक्का है, कोई वापस नहीं ला सकता।
ज़रूरत हो तो पहले बैकअप डाउनलोड कर लें (होम → ☁ बैकअप) — बैकअप हमेशा मुफ़्त है।
